Shipping your package
Packages are shipped in mainland France, Europe and internationally to more than 220 countries within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation of payment for the order. All orders are prepared and then shipped from mainland France.
Shipments in France and abroad are available from our two sites La Boutique Créole and Creole Shop .
Packages of dry and fresh products are shipped via UPS, Colissimo, Chronofresh, DHL or TNT and delivered with or without signature, for a maximum weight of 20 to 30 kg per order depending on the carrier. Delivery from Monday to Friday.
Packages of frozen products are shipped to France by Chronofreeze (Refrigerated transport with end-to-end cold chain maintenance at -18 degrees). Delivery from Monday to Saturday, guaranteed delivery the next day before 1 p.m. after delivery to the carrier.
As soon as your package is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail tracking link for your order (with a package tracking number) which will allow you to monitor its delivery and know the approximate delivery date - Remember to regularly consult your tracking link to be kept informed of the progress of its delivery. In the event of delivery to a Collection Point, our internal parcel tracking system will send you an SMS as soon as it becomes available at the Collection Point (approximately 1 hour after the carrier's actual delivery).
La Boutique Créole and Creole Shop cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the delivery times of the carrier or the consequences related to the shipment of fresh products.
Important information in the event of home delivery: Some carriers such as UPS will call you just before home delivery, do not miss this call otherwise your package will be dropped off at a nearby collection point - For more information contact your carrier directly with the tracking number of your package:
Important information in the event of delivery to a collection point: When your package is made available at a collection point, you have 8 days to collect it . After this period, the package will be redirected to the carrier's depot, return and storage costs will be applied to you. These fixed costs amount to 20.86 euros excluding tax .
We remind you that if you wish to modify the place of delivery after shipment, it is up to you to contact the carrier without delay, because once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the shop is no longer able to modify the place of delivery.
Delivery is free for all Click & Collect orders with collection from the Remalard depot (61110). Select the "Click & Collect" carrier when placing your order.
Shipping costs by Colissimo, Chronofresh, Chronofreeze, UPS, Chronopost, DHL and TNT (in Europe and abroad) vary according to the total weight of the package, these shipping costs are at cost price!
- Particular care is taken during the preparation of the package in which wedging elements and individual packaging are added, particularly for fragile objects such as bottles or glass jars.
- The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected to avoid any risk of breakage during transport.
- The costs of packaging and the necessary boxes are at our expense.
In the event of a return, the returned Product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, unused (neither opened nor consumed) and with all possible accessories.
In addition to the returned Product, the return package must also contain a letter specifying the exact and complete contact details (surname, first name, address) of the Customer as well as the order number, and the original purchase invoice.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your package must be returned to us no later than 14 days following the dispatch of your decision to withdraw. This request is made by email to email@example.com by mail to the attention of: LA BOUTIQUE CREOLE - ZA de Saint-Marc Sud, Les Docks Saint-Marc, 61110 Remalard-en-Perche, France.
